The Regional Intelligence Liaison Office for Eastern and Southern Africa (RILO ESA) is a Regional Centre for collecting and analysing data as well as dissemination of information throughout the Global Customs Enforcement Network (CEN).

RILO ESA is comprised of 20 countries. Zimbabwe took over the hosting of the RILO ESA office, with effect from
1 January 2019. The office has a staff complement of four including the RILO ESA Head, Mr Sitheni M. Ncube.
